Louise's bd falls on the day when it's Nathan Outlaw's turn at the dinner event organised by 4*Four hence we went! More about Nathan Outlaw, he owns a 2 star michelin restaurant call Restaurant Nathan Outlaw which specialises in fish and seafood.

Mine because I requested for no garnishing. I must say, even without any garnishing, I could taste the freshness and sweetness and I wish we could have more.
Their sea bass, mine came plain & I would actually discribe it as naked. Because I wanted no garnishing, my sea bass really came to me lying naked on the plate. I had to request for some sauce and ask them to return the asparagus to me.
