Ashley's travelogue - Bangkok Again

It’s Bangkok again.  I never tire of Bangkok, despite it being my 1001st time there.

I have not been travelling much this year except for a Japan trip in Feb. I guess there are times where it gets too exhausting to plan or even think where to go next. So Bangkok becomes the perfect destination – it’s near, cheap and offers something for everyone.

Hi everyone, how was your weekend? I had a really relaxing weekend even though I was not in Singapore.

Firstly I would like to dedicate this post to Mr Guan.  For what reason, you ask. Well, for you beloved readers of my blog, you would know that I was actually in Bangkok on 5th July.  But I was staying at the Four Seasons then and I really, really wanted to try out the new W Hotel Bangkok so I just had to plan a re-visit. And who could I count on for this riduculous request? Of course it had to be my dear Hub.  As usual Mr Guan was very accommodative to my absurd request as long as it didn't burn a hole in his pocket "-_-"" And so anyway to cut a long story short, here we were departing for Bangkok!

Initially when Maggie Lim asked me to start a blog with her to share about our travel experiences I immediately said Ok!

Before she and Nick were together, we used to be travelling partners.  Together we’ve been to Phuket, Bangkok, Bali, London, Holland and many road trips to Malaysia.  But after Maggie and Nick became a couple, I was naturally replaced.  Luckily for me, I’ve found another group of travelling buddies!

After we started the blog, somehow all the postings were centered around food and Angie even suggested that we change our blog name from Ms and Mrs Love To Travel to Ms and Mrs Love To Eat instead. Haha..

As 2012 was a rather busy year for me, I didn’t have the luxury to travel as much as I did before. But this year, I have made some plans. So stay with me for my long awaited Travelogue.
