Ashley's Travelogue 2013 - Bangkok

After Hongkong I am flying again! This time is to Bangkok with Abigail & Liteng (rare guest) But Liteng took a different flight from us.

Recently I am addicted to wearing different colored leggings and a tshirt for my flights. Leggings are so comfy and so easy to match. So accompanying me on this Bangkok flight is a pair of green leggings from my MIL.

Me & Abigail

After taking 10 photos she was still not satisfied with her arms so I had to help her.

Shopping in Longchamp at T1.

Pool side bar at T1 that we accidentally discovered in my last HK trip.

Look at the horrible Q.

Abigail & I ready to take off!

This is what happened earlier before our flight. Liteng wanted to go earlier so she took another airline and she was spotted by Jocelyn. Jocelyn being the snake of Bangkok offered to share a cab with Liteng and to have dinner with her as Liteng had not been in Bangkok for a good 10 years.

And what's more coincedental than being assigned seats beside each other!

At 11pm, we finally touched down. The activity after this is ZZZZZ...

Day 2:: Breakfast at Four Seasons. ( I did not take photos of the hotel room as when we arrived at the hotel, Liteng was already lying comfortable on the bed!)

The selection of the breakfast was pretty decent I would say. Japanese corner

Cereals

Yogurts

Bread selection

Pastries selection

Chinese corner

And besides the buffet, you got to order ala carte items which was included in the buffet too!

Platinum Mall, a must visit place in Bangkok

Once started...

You just need to keep changing money

So that you can buy more

Lunch was settled at the foodcourt located on the 6th floor of Platinum Mall. We shopped from 11am till about 3pm which was when Abigail said all the clothes and accessories were making her all giddy and nauseous. Hahaa.. So we went back to the hotel to prepare ourself for a good dinner at Sirroco at Lebua State Tower.

Our outfit for the dinner

The most expensive scallop I have ever had. Baht 1090

I loved the wine. ITALY ROCKS! Baht 3100

The photo just doesn't do justice to the beef. The beef tenderloin was so tender.
Tenderness can be bought at Baht 2990.
